If you are a building owner/manager and your system requires parts or service, please note that the system is serviced by the elevator contractor responsible for maintaining your elevators.
If you require graphics updates or modifications, they can be performed by us, by you, or by a third party of your choosing. Graphics updates and minor configuration changes can be performed using a set of controls located in the elevator's service cabinet. Please inquire for details. |
